2. Account & Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell deal data from GetDealScout
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Disclaimer

GetDealScout provides deal research and analysis for informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, real estate agents, or brokers. All investment decisions are your own. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any deal presented.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetDealScout and Weaver Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing support@getdealscout.io.
